Priority Pass | International Women's Day Floral Workshop
We hosted an International Women’s Day Floral Workshop for Priority Pass, combining a themed talk with floral design. A total of 25 employees took part. Participants first listened to the founder of Let Hope Bloom share her personal journey, then used seasonal flowers to create their own floral arrangements.
Client Objectives
Priority Pass wanted to arrange a meaningful and interactive activity for employees on International Women’s Day.
In addition to celebrating women’s achievements and contributions, the client also hoped the activity would encourage employees to face change positively, build resilience, and support women in continuing to develop both professionally and personally.
Our Solution
The event began with an approximately 20-minute themed talk by the founder of Let Hope Bloom:
Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth
Drawing on the founder’s personal experiences, the talk explored how to navigate changes in work and life, find direction again after facing challenges, and gradually build self-confidence.
After the talk, the 25 participants used seasonal flowers to create floral arrangements. The instructor first introduced the flowers and demonstrated basic preparation techniques, then guided everyone step by step through the complete design process.
Each participant could arrange the flowers according to their own preferences, making every finished arrangement unique.
Event Experience
From the themed talk to the floral creation, participants were able to step away temporarily from their usual work routines and reflect on the changes and growth they had experienced through storytelling and hands-on making.
During the workshop, colleagues also had the opportunity to connect with one another and admire each other’s creations. At the end of the event, each participant could take their floral arrangement home or display it in the office as a keepsake of International Women’s Day.
