To mark International Women’s Day, we joined hands with the Bank of Communications to hold a meaningful and strengthening flower arranging workshop for 40 staff members. The gathering opened with a 20-minute talk by our Founder called “Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth.” This uplifting speech centered on building steadfastness, flexibility, and guidance when facing hardships.

After the talk, those present took part in a practical flower arranging session meant to represent growth, inventiveness, and teamwork. Using a carefully chosen range of seasonal blooms, participants learned to create their own special flower displays that echoed themes of strength and personal development.

This occasion not only honoured the accomplishments of women but also fostered leadership and mutual support within the company, making a lasting and meaningful impression on all who took part.
