This statement explains how Let Hope Bloom handles the personal information you provide when registering for our floral experience at Howden Human 360.

We collect your First Name, Last Name, Company / Organisation Name, Work Email and Job Title, together with your choice about receiving marketing updates. All five registration fields are required. Marketing consent is optional.
2. Purposes of collection and use
We use registration information to process and verify your registration for this floral experience, arrange participation and respond to enquiries about your registration.
Company / Organisation Name, Work Email and Job Title are collected for marketing purposes. Only if you voluntarily consent will we use this information, together with your name, to tailor and send email updates about corporate floral workshops, employee wellbeing experiences, team activities, seasonal events and related offers. If you do not consent, your registration will not subscribe you to marketing updates.
3. Required and optional information
First Name, Last Name, Company / Organisation Name, Work Email and Job Title are required to complete this registration form. If you do not provide the required information, we may be unable to complete your registration through the form. You may ask our onsite floral team for assistance.
Receiving marketing updates is optional and does not affect your participation in the floral experience.
4. Processing and service providers
We use Shopify and Shopify Forms to process registrations and store related information. Service providers process the information as necessary to provide these services. We do not share your personal information with Howden.
5. Retention
We retain event registration records and related marketing information for three years from collection, after which they will be deleted. If you unsubscribe earlier, we will stop using your information to send marketing updates.
