Pomellato | VIP Event Invitation Floral Gift

Client Objectives

In 2026, Pomellato invited 50 VIP guests to a private event. The brand wanted guests to feel the thought and care behind the event as soon as they received the invitation, rather than receiving just a paper invitation or an electronic notification.

Pomellato therefore chose customised floral gifts as an extension of the event invitation, delivering them to guests’ homes before the event while expressing the brand’s distinctive, elegant and modern image.

Our Solution

We designed and produced 50 customised table flower arrangements for Pomellato, gifting them to VIP guests invited to the private event.

Each arrangement featured a gold vase, complementing Pomellato’s warm and luxurious brand style. Dahlia served as the visual focus, with its full, layered blooms giving each arrangement a strong presence whether displayed at home or in the office.

The colour palette centred on orange and yellow, echoing the brand’s distinctive and characterful use of colour. The bright flowers paired with the gold vases created an overall impression that was warm and eye-catching while remaining refined.

Event Experience

When the floral gifts arrived in guests’ hands before the event, they became a gentle reminder of what was to come. Guests could enjoy the table arrangements at home, and as the Dahlia gradually bloomed, they could look forward even more to attending the private event.

Unlike a conventional invitation card, the floral gift remained in the space even after the event details had been read. For these 50 VIP guests, the Pomellato event experience did not begin only upon arrival at the venue; it began the moment they received the table arrangement in its gold vase.
