Guests can create their own mini Christmas tree in a short amount of time, making this experience ideal for boutiques, VIP lounges, member events and festive pop-ups. The ornament colours, ribbons and packaging can be customised to align with the brand concept, ensuring the finished piece extends the overall campaign’s visual identity and experience.

All customisation details, quantities, samples, and effects are subject to the confirmed proposal.

From creative brief to on-site execution
Planning and on-site execution process
- Creative Brief: Confirm the campaign objective, target guests, venue, date, number of attendees, budget, brand guidelines, and reference images.
- Experience Proposal: Recommend the workshop format, materials direction, guest journey, number of sessions, and on-site setup.
- Customisation and Confirmation: Confirm the colour palette, ribbons, packaging, hanging decorations, product display, and any required samples.
- Production and Logistics: Procure materials, produce and pack items, and arrange delivery and venue access according to the confirmed plan.
- Onsite Execution: Set up the venue, brief the instructors, guide guests, lead the workshop, and arrange breakdown according to the quotation.

Pricing is based on the number of guests, sessions, venue, materials, customization, prototypes, packaging, logistics, and onsite execution. Please provide the campaign brief for evaluation.
Our Kwun Tong studio's standard workshops require a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 25 participants; standard brand-venue or on-site workshops require a minimum of 10 participants. Short sessions or large-scale activations require individual assessment.
Yes. We will assess the appropriate setup based on the space, foot traffic, business operations, setup time, transportation, power supply, and safety regulations.
Brand experiences and VIP workshops do not have a single fixed price. Key factors include the number of guests, number of sessions, venue, workshop format, materials and size, level of customization, sample and approval process, packaging, product displays, on-site setup, delivery, load-in, parking, overtime, public holidays, multiple locations, and last-minute changes. Once we receive a complete brief, we will provide a recommended proposal and quotation.
We can customize the colors, ribbons, packaging, ornaments and some display details according to the approved proposal and brand guidelines; the actual materials and results are subject to the schedule, availability and approval timeline.
Full workshops generally last around 15 to 45 minutes. Short sessions, multiple batches, media events, or product launch programs require separate planning according to the campaign’s needs.
You can share the product dimensions, display requirements, and guest interaction goals, and we will recommend a setup based on safety, space, and material feasibility.
Share your requirements, and we will assess them based on the date, location, number of participants per session, instructor, materials allocation, and logistics capacity.
We recommend submitting your brief as early as possible, especially for custom materials, samples, approvals, multiple locations, or peak-season dates from November to December. There is currently no universal deadline; the actual timeline will be confirmed based on the selected proposal.
