Accenture | Team Building Workshop
The Accenture team visited the Let Hope Bloom Flower Bouquet studio to take part in an approximately two-hour small flower bouquet workshop. Ten team members temporarily stepped away from the office environment to learn how to make flower bouquets in a relaxed atmosphere, creating their own pink-and-white small flower bouquets.
Client Objectives
Accenture wanted to arrange a relaxed and interactive team-building activity for the team.
The client wanted an activity that differed from typical meeting-room games, allowing colleagues to learn something new together, connect naturally through hands-on creativity, and get to know one another better outside the work environment.
Our Solution
We welcomed 10 Accenture team members to the Let Hope Bloom Flower Bouquet studio for an approximately two-hour small flower bouquet-making workshop.
The workshop began with the instructor demonstrating how to prepare the flowers, the basic structure of a flower bouquet, and the steps involved, allowing participants with no prior experience in floristry to clearly understand the process.
After the demonstration, each participant could personally select and arrange the flowers to create their own small flower bouquet. The arrangements featured pink and white as the main colors, using flowers such as hydrangeas, gerberas, roses, and dahlias.
After completing their flower bouquets, participants could also choose their preferred packaging, finish their arrangements, and take them home.
Activity Experience
During the workshop, team members made flower bouquets while chatting and admiring one another’s creations. Although everyone used the same color palette and flowers, each person’s finished bouquet was unique.
The flower studio environment allowed the team to step away from their daily work routine and spend time together and collaborate in a relaxed way. At the end of the activity, each participant could take home the small flower bouquet they had made as a memento of the team-building experience.
