AXA | International Women's Day Floral Workshop
Client Goals
AXA wanted to use an International Women's Day event to bring 23 employees together to discuss women's growth, challenges, and leadership roles in the workplace. The event also included a floral arrangement activity, allowing participants to connect and share in a more relaxed atmosphere.
Our Approach
The event began with a 20-minute keynote by our founder, titled “Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth.” The session focused on how to adjust one’s mindset when facing change, navigate challenges, and grow into leadership roles as women.
After the talk, participants used seasonal flowers to create their own floral arrangements, extending the themes of growth and change into a hands-on creative process.
Event Experience
This event combined a keynote session with a floral arrangement activity. Participants first listened to a talk about change and growth, then used flowers and colors to create their own arrangements.
Compared with a lecture-only format, the hands-on activity gave everyone more time to connect with colleagues and celebrate International Women's Day together in a more relaxed and engaging way.
