BOCOM International | International Women’s Day Floral Workshop
We hosted an International Women’s Day Floral Workshop for BOCOM International, combining a themed talk with a floral arrangement activity, with 40 employees participating. The event gave everyone an opportunity to celebrate women’s achievements, reflect on how to face change, and relax through hands-on creativity.
Client objectives
BOCOM International hoped to celebrate International Women’s Day with its employees through this event and encourage everyone to build resilience in both work and life, adopting a more flexible and positive attitude toward change.
The event also aimed to give employees more opportunities to connect outside their daily work, deepening their understanding of and connections with one another.
Our solution
The event began with a 20-minute themed talk by Clara, founder of Let Hope Bloom:
Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth
Drawing on her personal experiences, Clara shared how she found direction again when facing challenges and change, and gradually built resilience and confidence.
After the talk, participants used seasonal flowers to create their own floral arrangements. The instructor first introduced the flowers and basic preparation methods, then demonstrated the techniques step by step, allowing each participant to complete a design according to their preferences.
Event experience
During the talk and creative process, participants could temporarily set work aside, focus on the flowers in their hands, and enjoy a relaxing and meaningful experience.
Colleagues also had the opportunity to interact with one another and admire each other’s creations. After completing their arrangements, each participant could take their floral creation home as a memento of the International Women’s Day event.
