Cathay Dining | Lunar New Year Orchid Workshop
Client Objective
Before the Lunar New Year, Cathay Dining wanted to organize an activity for 40 employees to participate in together. In addition to giving everyone a chance to set aside their daily work and enjoy the festive atmosphere, they also hoped that each participant could take home a handmade creation to share New Year blessings with their family.
Our Solution
We organized a Lunar New Year orchid potting workshop for Cathay Dining. The instructor first explained how to position and decorate the orchids, then guided participants step by step in completing their own potted arrangements.
Orchids symbolize good fortune, elegance, and prosperity, making them ideal Lunar New Year decorations. Participants can personally arrange the flowers and decorations, then take their orchid potted plants home to enjoy.
Activity Experience
During the making process, employees can create while chatting with colleagues, enjoying a relaxed break from their daily work. Once completed, they can take their creations home to display, extending the company's Lunar New Year celebration into their homes.
