Foodpanda | Mother's Day Floral Workshop
Foodpanda held Kids Day on Mother’s Day, inviting employees to bring their children and families back to the office to take part in a parent-child Floral Workshop. A total of 20 employees and their family members participated, with more than 30 people attending overall. Together, they created a Mother’s Day flower arrangement.
Client Objectives
Through Kids Day, Foodpanda wanted to arrange a relaxed and meaningful Mother’s Day activity for employees and their families.
The client wanted the activity to be suitable for children of different ages, allowing parents and children to complete the arrangement together and strengthen parent-child interaction. At the same time, the activity would help employees feel that the company values family life and the employee experience.
Our Solution
We held a Mother’s Day parent-child flower arrangement workshop at the Foodpanda office, welcoming 20 employees and their family members, with more than 30 participants in total.
Themed around a Mother’s Day flower arrangement, the activity featured carnations as the main flowers and used the pink color of Foodpanda’s mascot, Pau Pau, as the primary color scheme, naturally incorporating the brand colors into the floral design.
The production steps were simplified so that children of different ages could participate with help from their parents. The instructor first demonstrated the basic steps, after which each family arranged the flowers according to their preferences and completed their own creation together.
Event Experience
During the workshop, parents and children selected, trimmed, and arranged the flowers together. Colleagues also had the opportunity to interact with one another and admire each other’s creations.
On the day of the event, the office was transformed into a creative space suitable for parent-child bonding. Every family’s flower arrangement was unique, and participants could take their creations home after the event as Mother’s Day gifts and keepsakes from Kids Day.
