LGT Private Bank | Christmas Wreath Workshop

Client’s Goal

LGT Bank Hong Kong wanted its employees to do something different from their usual work together in the office before Christmas. The activity took place over four days, with 120 team members participating, allowing colleagues from different departments to arrange a time to join and make Christmas wreaths together.

Our Solution

We brought the workshop to LGT Bank Hong Kong’s office and conducted it over four days. The instructor first demonstrated how to make the wreaths, then guided everyone step by step in using fresh Dutch Noble Fir, eucalyptus leaves, Christmas decorations, and ribbons to complete their own Christmas wreaths.

Participants could also arrange the decorations according to their personal preferences to create wreaths in different styles. Even those without floral arrangement experience could complete their wreaths with the instructor’s guidance.

Activity Experience

While making the wreaths, employees could temporarily set work aside and interact with their colleagues in a relaxed environment. From arranging the fir branches and securing the foliage to adding the decorations, everyone completed their own creation step by step. Finally, they could take their wreaths home or leave them in the office to decorate the space and add to the Christmas atmosphere.
