Plaza Premium Group | International Women's Day Floral Workshop
We organized an International Women’s Day Floral Workshop for Plaza Premium Group, combining a themed talk with a floral arrangement activity. The 20 employees first listened to Clara, founder of Let Hope Bloom, share her personal journey, then created their own pink fresh-flower handbag arrangement.
Client Objectives
Plaza Premium Group wanted to arrange an International Women’s Day activity for its employees that was meaningful and interactive.
In addition to celebrating the occasion, the client hoped to encourage employees, through personal stories and hands-on creativity, to reflect on how to face change, build resilience, and find their own direction in work and life.
Our Approach
We held the Floral Workshop at the Plaza Premium Group office, with 20 employees taking part.
The event began with a 20-minute themed talk by Clara, founder of Let Hope Bloom:
Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth
Drawing on her own career transition and entrepreneurial journey, Clara shared how to face uncertainty, start again, and gradually find one’s direction through difficult times.
After the talk, participants began creating their pink fresh-flower handbag arrangements. The instructor first demonstrated how to prepare the flowers and arrange them, after which everyone selected and arranged the flowers according to their own preferences to complete a creation of their own.
Participant Experience
The themed talk gave participants an understanding of the ideas behind the event before the floral activity encouraged them to slow down and reflect on the changes and growth they had experienced.
After the event, the HR team and colleagues from different departments proactively shared that the activity was highly meaningful, and the overall response exceeded expectations.
Each participant could also take home the fresh-flower handbag arrangement they had made as a keepsake from the International Women’s Day event.
