Prudential | Pink Day Floral Workshop
We organized a Pink Day Floral Workshop for Prudential combining a themed sharing session with floral creation, with 40 employees participating. Everyone first listened to Clara, founder of Let Hope Bloom, share her personal experiences, and then used seasonal flowers to complete their own floral arrangements.
Client Objectives
Prudential hopes to use the Pink Day event to encourage employees to reflect on how to face change, build resilience, and support one another in work and life.
The event also aims to give 40 employees an opportunity to connect naturally beyond their daily work through the themed sharing session and hands-on creation, strengthening bonds within the team.
Our Approach
The event begins with an approximately 20-minute themed sharing session led by Clara, founder of Let Hope Bloom:
Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty, Empowering Growth
Clara draws on her personal experiences to share how she faced changes in her work and life, found direction again through challenges, and gradually built her adaptability and confidence.
After the themed sharing session, participants use seasonal flowers to create their floral arrangements. The instructor first introduces the flowers and demonstrates basic preparation techniques, then guides everyone step by step through the entire design process.
Each participant can arrange the flowers according to their preferences, allowing the finished work to reflect different styles.
Activity Experience
From the themed sharing session to floral creation, participants can step away from their usual work routine for a while and reflect on the changes and growth they have experienced through stories and hands-on making.
During the workshop, colleagues can also exchange ideas and admire one another’s work. Once completed, each participant can take their floral arrangement home or place it in the office as a memento of the Pink Day event.
