Shell | International Women's Day Floral Workshop

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we partnered with Shell to organize a workshop combining a thematic sharing session and floral creation, with 30 participants in total. The event aimed to give everyone a temporary break from their daily work and encourage them to reflect on how to face change and build their own resilience at work and in life through storytelling, floral creation, and connection.

Client Objectives

Shell wanted to celebrate International Women’s Day with an engaging event featuring meaningful content and interaction.

In addition to recognizing women’s contributions and achievements in the workplace, the event also aimed to encourage participants to face change positively and remain confident in continuing to grow amid uncertainty and challenges.

Therefore, the client wanted the event to be more than just a Floral Workshop. They wanted it to be a complete experience combining personal stories, practical insights, and hands-on creation.

Our Approach

The event began with an approximately 20-minute thematic sharing session led by the founder of Let Hope Bloom:

Blooming Through Change: Embracing Uncertainty and Empowering Growth

The sharing covered how to navigate changes in life and work, build resilience in difficult times, and continue growing as women in uncertain environments.

After the thematic sharing session, we led 30 participants in a Floral Workshop. Each participant used seasonal flowers to create a floral arrangement according to their own preferences.

The workshop did not require every creation to be identical. Building on the basic techniques and steps, participants could add their own color combinations and design ideas while enjoying the creative process.

Event Experience

From the thematic sharing session to floral creation, participants did more than simply sit and listen to a talk. They could also slow down by making floral arrangements themselves and connect with colleagues around them.

After completing the activity, each participant could take home their own creation as a memento of the International Women’s Day event. The relaxed atmosphere connected personal growth, team interaction, and a floral experience.
