Banking Client | Dragon Boat Festival Floral Hanging Workshop
We held a Dragon Boat Festival Hanging Floral Workshop for a banking corporate client, with 65 employees participating. Using plant materials such as mugwort, Stems, and golden balls, participants created a Dragon Boat Festival floral hanging decoration that could be displayed at home or in the office.
Client Objectives
The client wanted to arrange a hands-on craft activity related to traditional festival culture for employees during the Dragon Boat Festival.
In addition to giving colleagues a chance to temporarily set work aside and create and connect together, the client also hoped to send employees festive wishes for peace and good health through the Dragon Boat Festival hanging decorations.
Our Solution
We designed a Dragon Boat Festival hanging floral decoration workshop for 65 employees, using mugwort, Stems, and golden balls as the main materials, complemented by festive decorations.
The workshop began with the instructor introducing the different plant materials and the cultural background of Dragon Boat Festival hanging decorations, followed by a demonstration of how to arrange, tie, and secure the materials, as well as how to plan the overall direction and proportions of the decoration.
After the demonstration, each participant could adjust the position of the materials according to their preferences and add decorations to create their own Dragon Boat Festival hanging decoration.
Workshop Experience
During the workshop, employees could make their decorations while chatting and admiring one another’s work, learning about Dragon Boat Festival traditions in a relaxed environment.
After completing their work, each participant could take the decoration home or display it in the office as a Dragon Boat Festival decoration, extending wishes for peace and good health into everyday life.
