Shipping Fee: For any floral gift purchase of $1,000 or more, free delivery service is available in main areas (for details, please refer to Delivery Coverage). Additional charges may apply for remote areas. For floral gifts under $1,000, a flat delivery fee of $180 will be charged. For more information, feel free to contact us anytime!
Delivery Time Slots: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Specified Delivery Time: If you require a specified delivery time, an additional fee of HK$200 will be charged. Please indicate your preferred delivery time slot when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but actual delivery time depends on the logistics situation on the day.

Fresh noble fir care is very simple:
- Keep moist: Please spray the Christmas fir with water daily to maintain its moisture.
- Avoid high heat: Please place the Christmas fir away from direct sunlight and any heat sources (such as heaters, fireplaces, or vents).
With proper care, the noble fir can stay in its best condition for at least one month. The noble fir will naturally dry over time, and its color will gradually turn a beautiful brown. This is a natural change, and you can still enjoy its unique shape.
The decoration and design of the Christmas tree will be finally decided by our floral artist to ensure the use of the finest materials and the best design effect. Therefore, the actual product may differ slightly from the photos. The photos are for reference only.
