Bridal Bouquet Ordering Information
- To ensure the most beautiful bridal bouquets for your special day, we recommend ordering at least 14 days in advance.
- All wedding bouquets come with a water glass vase upon pick-up to ensure they remain in top condition for your special day.
- If you require customization or adjustments, please feel free to contact us!
Shipping Fee: For all wedding bouquet orders, the shipping fee is HK$180 per order within Hong Kong and Kowloon, and HK$250 per order within the New Territories. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas; please refer to our delivery area. For more information, please feel free to contact us!
Delivery Times: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Specified Time Delivery: A surcharge of HK$200 will be applied for a specific delivery time. Please specify your desired delivery time when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but actual delivery time may vary depending on logistics availability.

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to allow for the design and floral arrangements. If you require an urgent order close to your wedding date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist.

Yes. You can choose to have your bouquet delivered the day before or the morning of your wedding.
For all wedding bouquet orders, delivery is HK$180 per order within Hong Kong and Kowloon, and HK$250 per order in the New Territories. We can also deliver to your wedding venue, hotel room, or photoshoot location.

We recommend storing your bouquets in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. We'll provide simple flower care tips to keep them looking their best on your wedding day.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at least one week before your delivery date. We will assist you based on the order status. Please note that some orders may not be able to be canceled or changed due to the flowers already ordered or the production process. Please refer to the Order Terms for details.
