Plaza Premium Lounge | Event Floral Decoration

We designed Floral Decoration for the anniversary dinner held by Plaza Premium Lounge at The Hong Kong Marriott Hotel in Admiralty. The overall design focused on the brand’s yellow and green colors, integrating the floral arrangements into the dinner venue to create an elegant, minimalist event space with distinctive brand character for the guests.

Client Objectives

Plaza Premium Lounge wanted to incorporate its brand colors into the anniversary dinner while maintaining the venue’s existing elegant atmosphere.

In addition to complementing the overall tone of the dinner, the floral arrangements needed to enhance the guests’ experience from arrival through to being seated, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as they entered the venue.

Our Approach

We used yellow and green as the main design colors to complement Plaza Premium Lounge’s brand palette, selecting flowers such as dancing orchids, tulips, iris, and anthuriums.

Small floral arrangements were used as accents on the dinner tables, adding depth through variations in the lines and heights of the different flowers. The overall design remained minimalist, ensuring that the arrangements did not obstruct guests’ dining or conversations while adding natural color to the tables.

In addition to the table arrangements, we also designed a centerpiece that extended the brand colors from the tables to a key area of the venue, making the overall decoration more cohesive.

Event Experience

The table arrangements and centerpiece followed the same yellow and green design, allowing the brand colors to blend naturally into the hotel venue and making the anniversary dinner feel more cohesive. From arrival through to being seated, guests could experience a minimalist yet elegant event atmosphere.
