Delivery will be completed within about three working days after placing the order. All 2024 Christmas series orders will be delivered from December 3 to 23.
Please spray water on the Christmas fir daily to keep it moist, and keep it away from sunlight and heat. The Christmas fir can maintain its best condition for at least a month and will naturally dry to brown over time.

Delivery Time Slots: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Specified Delivery Time: If you require a specified delivery time, an additional fee of HK$200 will be charged. Please indicate your preferred delivery time slot when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but actual delivery time depends on the logistics situation on the day.

With proper care, the noble fir can stay in its best condition for at least one month. The noble fir will naturally dry over time, and its color will gradually turn a beautiful brown. This is a natural change, and you can still enjoy its unique shape.
The decoration and design of the Christmas tree will be finally decided by our floral artist to ensure the use of the finest materials and the best design effect. Therefore, the actual product may differ slightly from the photos. The photos are for reference only.
