“A Grade” Keio Cherry Blossom from Yamagata Prefecture, Japan
Size: approximately 120-125 cm tall (suitable for floor placement or larger spaces)
The flowering period is about 7-14 days, and the leaf viewing period is about 10-15 days.
The entire viewing period is about 3 weeks.
- Trim about 3-5 cm off the end of the flower stem, then make one or two cross cuts at the cut end before immersing it in clean water.
- Place the cherry blossoms in a vase half-filled with water and change the water every 2 to 3 days.
- Avoid placing cherry blossoms in overly dry locations; do not let warm air blow directly on the cherry blossoms from heaters or air conditioners.
- The optimal room temperature for placing cherry blossoms is 15 to 22 degrees Celsius. The flowering period lasts about one week. Placing them in a cool, shaded area after blooming helps extend the flowering period.
- To prevent drying, spray water on the petals 2 to 3 times daily to keep the cherry blossoms moist.
- If the cherry blossoms are placed in a warmer room before blooming, the pink color of the petals will become lighter.

Place them in a bright indoor location, away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning vents. Outdoor or high-temperature environments are not recommended.
💧 Water-changing tips
Change the water every 1–2 days and use flower shears to trim approximately 2 cm off the stems.

Ideal temperature: approximately 18–25°C. Avoid exposing the flowers to high humidity or excessively cold conditions for extended periods.

Since quantities of high-quality imported Lunar New Year flowers (such as Dutch amaryllis and Japanese winter-flowering cherry blossoms) are limited, ordering early ensures you can choose your preferred styles and colors. Early-bird orders often also qualify for special pricing.
Yes, we offer free delivery to major areas throughout Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying islands and remote areas. Please check our delivery information when placing your order or contact customer service directly for details.
If you are a beginner, we especially recommend Forsythia and Okame cherry. Forsythia and Okame cherry only need to be kept in clean water, making them very easy to care for.
Yes, to ensure you enjoy the longest possible blooming period, the Keio cherry blossom we ship will have plenty of flower buds. At a room temperature of 15–22°C, they will gradually begin to bloom within approximately 3–7 days, making the entire blooming process full of delightful surprises.
Our imported Dutch amaryllis has a display life of approximately 10–15 days. Care is very simple: upon receiving it, trim the stem at a 45-degree angle and place it in a vase filled about three-quarters full with clean water. Changing the water and recutting the stem every 2–3 days can effectively extend its blooming period.
