Chopard | Mother's Day Floral Workshop
Client Objectives
For Mother's Day 2024, Chopard wanted to arrange a festive event for 40 VIP guests that combined a Floral Workshop with in-store decoration.
The brand wanted to bring floral creation into the flagship store, allowing guests to take part in the workshop while experiencing the in-store Mother's Day decorations. From the moment they entered the store, guests could feel the thought Chopard had put into preparing this event.
Our Solution
We held a Mother's Day VIP Floral Workshop at Chopard's flagship store in Prince's Building, Central, and were responsible for the overall fresh flower decoration in the store, allowing the workshop and flagship-store environment to complement each other.
The decorations centred on pink tones, echoing Chopard's brand colours, with Ecuadorian roses and carnations selected as the main flowers. The fresh flowers extended from the display area in front of the doors and windows to the corner staircase between the two floors and the fronts of the display cabinets. As soon as guests entered the flagship store, they could see Mother's Day Floral Decoration that differed from the usual store arrangement.
During the workshop, we guided 40 VIP guests in creating flower baskets using the same selection of pink flowers and foliage. Once completed, they could take their creations home. Chopard also arranged for a photographer to take instant photos of the guests on site, allowing everyone to take home a keepsake alongside their handmade flower baskets.
Event Experience
On Mother's Day, fresh flower decorations were added throughout different areas of the store. Guests could make a flower basket while taking photos in the fully decorated flagship store. The instant photos also gave guests a memento of the event to take home.
This event brought together a Floral Workshop, in-store fresh flower decoration, and on-site photography as one experience. From guests entering the store and taking part in the workshop to having their photos taken and ultimately taking home a flower basket and instant photos, every element worked together to create a complete VIP Mother's Day event.
