Cocktail | Mother's Day Floral Workshop
Client Objective
Over Mother’s Day weekend in 2026, Cocktail wanted to hold Floral Workshops at five of its stores, preparing an in-person festive activity for VIP guests to participate in.
After completing their flower baskets, guests could take their creations home and continue enjoying them, allowing the Mother’s Day activity to extend beyond the store.
Our Solution
There were only 10 days of preparation time from confirming the partnership to the event day.
We needed to arrange a Floral Workshop at five of Cocktail’s event locations within a short time and host a total of 80 VIP guests. Preparation included sourcing flowers during the Mother’s Day peak season, reallocating staff, scheduling events at each store, and coordinating on-site operations.
The event used more than 1,000 stems of flowers. We first had to confirm the supply of flowers during the peak season, then allocate materials according to the number of participants at each session, ensuring that all five stores had sufficient and consistent materials to complete the workshop.
The flower baskets featured carnations in three different colors as the main flowers, paired with larkspur to create depth through varying shades. After taking the baskets home, guests only needed to add water daily to continue enjoying their creations.
Event Experience
Ten days of preparation, five stores, 80 guests, and more than 1,000 stems of flowers presented the project’s biggest coordination challenge. In the end, all workshops took place as scheduled, and every store used the same floral materials and design.
Guests hand-completed flower baskets over Mother’s Day weekend and took their creations home. For Cocktail, this workshop added a participatory and memorable Mother’s Day activity for VIP guests beyond shopping.
