La Prairie | Christmas Tree Workshop
Client Objective
At Christmas 2022, La Prairie once again held a festive workshop at La Prairie House, inviting 30 brand VIPs and KOLs to attend.
The brand wanted to continue its previous floral arrangement activities, but introduce a different type of creation this time, allowing guests to experience a new Christmas craft at the same venue.
Our Approach
This workshop centered on miniature Christmas trees, offering an alternative to the Christmas wreaths made previously.
We used fresh pine branches to create the basic structure of the Christmas trees, then added banksia cones, clematis seed heads, and Christmas decorations. The materials varied in form and texture, allowing participants to adjust the placement of the decorations and the layering of their creations according to their preferences.
During the workshop, the florist demonstrated step by step how to use pine branches to create the tree shape, then assisted guests in adding the other floral materials and decorations. Although all 30 participants used the same materials, each miniature Christmas tree featured a different arrangement and unique details.
Event Experience
The fresh pine branches filled the space with a natural fragrance, while the banksia cones and clematis seed heads offered different tactile experiences. Throughout the process, guests could not only watch their creations take shape, but also directly touch and experience the various materials.
After the event, several KOLs who participated in the workshop shared the creation process and their finished pieces on social media, allowing more people to discover this La Prairie Christmas event through their firsthand experiences.
