La Prairie | Handmade Christmas Tree
Client Objective
La Prairie planned to hold a mini Christmas tree workshop as part of its 2025 Christmas campaign and needed 90 mini Christmas trees as materials for the event.
The event was scheduled to begin in early November, but the Dutch Noble Fir mini Christmas trees had not yet arrived in Hong Kong. The brand wanted the event to proceed as scheduled while maintaining the quality of the workshop creations.
Our Solution
As ready-made mini Christmas trees could not be sourced, we used Dutch Noble Fir branches and hand-crafted each one into a tree shape.
Our team completed 90 mini Christmas trees in three days. The process involved adding branches layer by layer, then adjusting the proportions, density, and shape of each tree to ensure consistency in size and overall appearance across all the workshop materials.
This approach meant that La Prairie did not have to wait for the ready-made Christmas trees to arrive, allowing the event to proceed as scheduled and according to the planned design of the workshop creations.
Event Experience
Upon arrival, guests could immediately use the prepared mini Christmas trees to complete the workshop. Supply and production issues did not affect the on-site process.
For La Prairie, completing 90 mini Christmas trees within a limited timeframe allowed the planned Christmas event to take place as scheduled, without having to change the workshop content due to market supply conditions.
