L'Artisan Parfumeur | Christmas Wreath Workshop
Client’s Objective
In Christmas 2024, L’Artisan Parfumeur wanted to arrange an intimate Christmas floral activity for 12 VIP guests.
The event was held at Pavilion Lounge in Pacific Place. The venue was quiet and private, allowing guests to temporarily leave the mall’s busy surroundings and focus on making their own Christmas wreaths.
Our Approach
We co-hosted a Christmas wreath workshop with L’Artisan Parfumeur at Pavilion Lounge, using Noble Fir as the primary floral material, complemented by gold and red Christmas decorations.
During the workshop, the florist demonstrated the wreath-making process step by step and helped the 12 guests arrange and secure the decorations according to their preferences. Even with the same materials, each guest’s finished wreath had its own details and style.
After completion, we placed each wreath in a gift box and added a branded wax-seal sticker featuring the L’Artisan Parfumeur Logo. Guests could take their packaged wreaths home to decorate with or give them as Christmas gifts.
Event Experience
The private setting of Pavilion Lounge allowed 12 guests to make their wreaths with minimal disruption. Guided by the florist, everyone worked step by step with Noble Fir and the decorations, completing their creations at their own pace.
The overall event was intentionally small, giving the florists ample time to care for each guest while aligning with L’Artisan Parfumeur’s vision for an intimate VIP Christmas event.
