Client Objectives
For Mother’s Day 2025, Paul Smith wanted to give small Mother’s Day Flower Bouquets to customers who spent a specified amount at its Harbour City and Festival Walk stores.
The Flower Bouquets needed to complement Paul Smith’s vivid, colourful brand style, while the gifting process also had to become part of the in-store event, allowing customers to watch the florist create the bouquets on site.
Our Approach
We planned a two-day flower cart gifting event for Paul Smith, held at the Harbour City and Festival Walk stores, producing and distributing a total of 40 small Mother’s Day Flower Bouquets.
The Flower Bouquets featured a colourful palette, using tulips, craspedia and small lilies. A range of vivid colours echoed Paul Smith’s brand style. On the event days, the on-site florist created the bouquets and handed them directly to customers who met the spending requirement.
We were also responsible for the design, production and transportation of the Floral Cart, including moving it from one store to another between the two event days, as well as completing the setup and tidying at each venue.
Event Experience
In addition to displaying floral materials and creating Flower Bouquets, the Floral Cart also became the focal point of the in-store event. Customers could watch the florist select, arrange and package the flowers before receiving a freshly completed small Flower Bouquet.
This on-site arrangement made the Mother’s Day gift more than a complimentary item included with a purchase—it became an in-store experience that customers could see and take part in.
